By accessing or registering with DIAC Performing Art & Culture Foundation, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

Our programs are open to all, with age-specific categories for certain cultural, training, or exam-based activities.

2. Code of Conduct

DIAC Performing Art & Culture Foundation

As an organization committed to promoting the values of respect, inclusivity, and cultural excellence, DIAC expects all participants, performers, students, faculty, volunteers, and audience members to adhere to the following Code of Conduct at all events, classes, and programs:

1. Respectful Behaviour
  • Treat all individuals—organizers, guests, artists, and fellow participants—with courtesy and dignity.
  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or abuse (verbal, physical, or emotional) will not be tolerated.
2. Punctuality and Discipline
  • Arrive on time for rehearsals, classes, or events.
  • Follow instructions from coordinators and instructors with sincerity and discipline
3. Safe and Positive Environment
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Use of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs at DIAC events or premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Weapons or items that may cause harm are not allowed.
4. Dress Code and Decorum
  • Follow appropriate cultural or dress guidelines as informed for specific performances or workshops.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and decorum appropriate for a public/cultural space.
5. Intellectual and Creative Integrity
  • Respect copyrights and creative contributions of other artists.
  • Plagiarism, unauthorized recording, or misuse of event content is strictly prohibited.
6. Consequences of Misconduct
  • DIAC reserves the right to warn, suspend, or expel any individual found violating the Code of Conduct.
  • Serious or repeated violations may lead to removal from programs without refund and possible reporting to authorities, if required.
7. Reporting Misconduct
  • If you observe inappropriate behavior, please report it confidentially to DIAC officials or email: info.diacfoundation@gmail.com

3. Intellectual Property

All program content (artworks, training materials, logos, recordings) is the intellectual property of DIAC or its contributors and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Use of Images

By participating, you consent to the use of event photos/videos in our promotional and documentation materials unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Modification of Programs

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program with prior notice via official channels.
